Chef Egidio (Egi) Franciosa was born in a sea side city just outside Naples, Italy where food is a celebration of life, family and friendship. Egi and Jannah met in Europe and returned to the U.S. in 2010. By 2017 Il Forno's mobile Neapolitan pizzeria was born. As the family food truck received an abundance of praise from devoted regulars, it also inspired their dream to build a restaurant where the Neapolitan love of people and fresh food are served side by side.
